[Blender] Parent is looping. How to deal with it

Cause: Trying to create a double parent-child relationship

If you select one of the following when canceling the parent-child relationship after an armature has been created, an error will occur.

• Armature deformation
  • in an empty group
  • with automatic weights
  • with envelope weights

How to break the parent-child relationship of an armature

1. [Object mode]
2. Select Armature → Object.
3. [Object context menu] → [Parent] → [Clear parent-child relationship].
