[Blender] What to do when you cannot use the paid add-on Pro Align Tools

Blender and add-on versions are not compatible

This time, I will introduce what to do when you cannot use the paid add-on “Pro Align Tools” in Blender.

Problem: Pro Align Tools cannot be used

・I have Pro Align Tools enabled, but I cannot use it.
・Alignment tools are not visible on the view.

No warning will be displayed.

Cause 1: Blender and add-on versions are not compatible

I was using Pro Align Tools v2.00 with Blender 2.81, 2.82, and 2.83.

Then I realized that it can be used with Blender 2.81, but not with 2.82 or 2.83.

Solution 1: Run Blender with administrator privileges

• Run Blender with administrator privileges.

The Pro Align Tools icon will now change from gray to the alignment tool.

However, because the versions of the add-on and Blender did not match, the objects could not be manipulated.

Solution 2: Match the add-on and Blender versions

I couldn’t use it unless the versions of Blender and the add-on matched.
